It have been dancing, exclusibily in Santiago del Estero´s state, since 1859 until the end of the century.

CLASSIFICATION

Each dancer on its own and separatly.

Dancers facing at both extremes of the diagonal of the imaginary dancing square. 

ELEMENTS

   Basic step (starts with the left foot).   Arms and hands in the following positions:  castanet, raising handkerchief

in hand,  winnowing,   "zapateo" and coronation.
